"I was upgraded to a beautiful room, but there was not a refrigerator in it.. I addressed the issue with the person at the front desk, and after I explained my request, and being a frequent guest, I know there are other rooms with a refrigerator, they went out of their way to accommodate my request and find one for me. I was very grateful for it. I think it is worth mentioning the high level of customer satisfaction policy on all staff of the Maria Bonita hotel throughout all the amenities."
