“Friendly respectful staff”

“Nice hotel, a little far from the city center. The room was great but without ac, we had to sleep the window opened. Breakfast offers a large choice of sweet and salted food,”

“Friendly staff. I had been traveling for three days with no sleep and they gave me an early check in, which was greatly appreciated. Cleaned the room daily and made my stay a pleasant one. This was the second time I have stayed at this Hotel during my Cuenca visits.”

“The only problem is that they have to respect”

“A nice quiet getaway about 35 minutes from Cuenca. Surrounded by nature, enabling one to go for walks. It is a family run place and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.”

“didn't like it because the website offers services they don't have”

Limpio, acogedor”

“Missing a gym”

“Our room was unbearably hot. Imposible to sleep. Front desk’s response was that the city was unusually warm. Restaurant was very uneven, could be rated a 1 or a 5 depending on the day or meal.”
