"Location is fantastic. central to all the places you would want to visit, Hotel generally seems to cater for weddings / birthday parties etc, no details provided on restaurant, photos on website look superb, reality is something different, when asked if menu changes daily the reply was sometimes. depending on the chef, nobody tell you that dinner doesnt start until 8pm and there was no bar open to fill time until then. we asked for vegetables and were told, i will speak to the chef and see if he has any veg, what appeared was cold grilled aubergine, we didnt dine there any more evenings, We waited over 3 days for a replacement toilet seat that was already cracked when we arrived but was still not replaced when we left, a week later. generally the room that we had was looking very tired, with wardrobe doors that didnt close, no clothees hangers originally and a shower head that was very status quo, ie rocking all over the world"
