“적은 부티크 호텔로 너무나도 예쁘게 잘 꾸며져 있었습니다. EARLY CHECK IN 과 공항 택시 연결이 너무 좋았고 특별히 프론트 여직원(이름 기억이 안남) 이 너무나 친절하게 안내해 주어서 기분이 좋았습니다 아침도 조식도 훌륭했습니다 다만 룸이 좀 추웠습니다 쿠스코에서 비교적 고지대에 위치해 호텔에 올라갈 때 좀 힘이 들었습니다”

“This was a beautiful room, looked just like the pictures. Excellent water pressure and hot water was abundant. Breakfast was beyond excellent with them making our meals from scratch from a menu. Location was very convient as well. My entire family enjoyed this stay and would stay here again.”

“Great experience over all! All the staff were very kind and really helpful. We brought our own food and kitchen staff was so kind to let us use microwave whenever we needed! The location was amazing, walking distance to most of places. We stayed in triple room and it was spacious enough for three and was maintained clean, tidy all the time by cleaning staffs. One thing maybe we can suggest is to put few hangers in the room so that it is more convenient for people to hang their jackets or...

“12각돌과 아마르광장에서 가까운 거리의 호텔, 하지만 복층 방 중에 1층이 침대하나로 가득찰 정도로 너무 좁았고 여행을 왔던 6월 밤에는 핫팩을 침대에 깔아놓고 자야할 정도로 난방이 되지 않아 추위에 떨어야 했습니다. 너무 추워서 2층은 사용할 엄두가 나지 않았고 야경을 볼때만 잠깐 올라가서 볼 뿐이었습니다. 다시 쿠스코에 방문한다면 다른 숙박을 이용할것같습니다.”

“Habitación espaciosa, cama grande y muy cómoda. El baño aparentemente amplio pero un poco encajonado el wc y la ducha. Me encantó como olía el lugar y me encantó la cama. Tele grande enfrente de la cama configurada para utilizar el screen mirrow. No me gustó que vendieran agua en recepción a un precio muy elevado. Volvería alojarme aquí. Está todo nuevo y bien cuidado”

“Incredible! Highly recommend the BELMOND experience for Cusco. It is right in the city centre and has such great history attached to it. I also recommend the spa, we did the three hour mother / daughter experience and loved it.”
