"Overall, the balance of what we pay and what we get out of it is off On the positive side: location, rooms (now that everything is renovated), pool On the negative side: * the hotel is charging for everything extra (parking 50$/day, resort charge, food), * I am ok with not receiving room cleaning every day, but when I asked them after night 3 of 4 that the trash in the bathroom and room is removed, and we wanted to get new toilet paper, they did not do it. When asking the front staff about it, they were playing confused, why am I not happy, saying that I would only get my room cleaned when I say it, which I did. * breakfast choices: as a family with two kids, we must have breakfast, the options in the store looked ok but they were very pricy, sandwiches were dry, and the food quality did not hold up to the rates charged * dinner at BreweryX: we had to wait a long time, which is ok for grown-ups but not for kids when it’s going into the nighttime and the kids are supposed to sleep at some point. "

"Paradise Point is a very nice, clean, property. The staff are all very helpful. There are lots of things to do on site and the restaurants are excellent. Nice beaches you can walk to and plenty of scenery without ever leaving the resort. Would definitely stay here again."

"It is a nice hotel but the included Wi-fi is very slow. You get 3Mbps for free, which makes streaming slow and with lots of buffering, or you can pay an extra $10 per day directly to Cox Comms for 10Mbps which fixed the slow streaming for me. "
