"Clean room. Staffs are very helpful and greeting guests. Wish they open bar 24 hr so guest arriving late can stop by for a late night drink. safe environment but limited parking space. There should be no charge for parking."

Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel
"Was not a fan and will not stay again unless the property is updated. The room definitely needed a new bed, new flooring, new bathroom fixtures etc. The breakfast was inedible and I had to go across the street to McDonalds as I was rushing to a conference. Definitely needs a massive redo."
