"I recently tried the French fries, chopsuey, and escabeche, and I was really impressed with both the food and the service. The French fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served hot and freshly cooked. They had a nice golden color and just the right amount of seasoning. The chopsuey tasted very fresh, with crunchy vegetables that were perfectly cooked—not overdone. The flavors were well-balanced and delicious. The escabeche was also excellent.
