“Spectacular stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location was excellent — within walking distance to everything in Palermo. Communication was great, and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were very easy, with simple instructions to follow. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!”

“I stayed for two days. The hotel is clean, well located, and the room itself is good. Unfortunately, the bad experience started at check-in. The receptionist barely greeted me, gave me the room card and number without any explanation (he didn’t even white the room number at anywhere), and provided no basic information such as Wi-Fi password, breakfast location, or schedule. “This was a really unique property. It was clean, beautiful, and convenient. We felt like we were staying in a historic building. The included breakfast was coffee, fresh orange juice, toast, croissants, and spreads for the toast. The only con is that I wish the breakfast included protein. Eggs would have been nice. You can pay extra for it but it is not included. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay again. ”
