I will show you a picture or what they consider a balcony. Nice outside pool. The Staff was very nice. If you go to the Restaurant do not expect a traditional Italian food but tiny portions of something they have to explain in order for you to know what you are eating. No worth the money. Much better food just outside a 3-5 minutes walking."

"My husband & I stayed in Assisi July 2026 for 1 night. The property is lovely - the architecture and history make it special & the staff was very accommodating especially about our room preferences. Although we did not use the hot springs that are in the lower level of the hotel, we did walk through there & it is very Roman like. The bed and linens were comfortable and our room was quiet. My only suggestion would be to expand the breakfast buffet to include more hot dishes, etc. Overall, a wonderful location in the heart of the historic area of Assisi & very walkable to the sites & restaurants."
