The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. It does say laundry services available, however, it is not on site and takes 24 hrs. Breakfast was amazing there. Its right in the city center so it was easy to walk from place to place. Lots of shopping and food places available nearby.

Our Wonderful Experience.

Much better stay than previous times. The bath’s shower head provided an adequate supply of hot water. Room service was reasonably priced, with quick delivery and good quality.

Good area, traffic is a little crazy, good value, staff was good except when I tried to check in all the trainees kept saying I couldn’t check in before 3 pm, went and got lunch came back and got a room at 1:30 so that was a relief

Great location and staff. Needs some upgrades on how it looks. Technology. WiFi in rooms is bad. Windows in rooms facing Main Street need an upgrade on look and noise cancellation. Safety too. Overall it’s a great place. Great downtown location. Great staff. Cleanness is great. But outdated look makes it look dirty.

Stayed for several days around Christmas time and the area was super safe. The plaza fundadores right across the street was decorated beautiful and had a ice skating rink. Parking at hotel was included but is actually a public parking garage next door. Due to popular area, there were often times I had to wait in line to get into the already full parking.

Check in took a long time due to only having one receptionist. Need to improve on having a list of all guest regardless of what platform they used to make their reservation. Staff were very pleasant n efficient. Some of the rooms were noisy.
