"The house is in a beautiful location and the standard room was very clean when we arrived. The picnic hamper is a nice addition and came in very handy. And the bed was very comfortable. My only negative opinion was we booked a 11 night stay and could only have the room cleaned if we paid an additional €20. I would have liked clean towels and a basic room clean at least once while we were there for a longer stay. But overall a lovely place in the real Tuscan countryside."

"Everyone is nice, it is a secure location and a good bed. We stayed two nights. The issue is that it is a little far from Lucca and/or any center, so I think they could help guests by putting a bottle of water in the room, and/or having some coffee/tea (they provided coffee pods for the first day only. Also, we were not able to use the tea kettle given it was truly too dirty to use. Hence, you better bring everything prior to getting to your room). Otherwise, you have to ensure you bring...
