โGenerally a fine hotel.
Room is extremely spacy, has good beds and is warm & cozy.
A bit old, yes, but any hotel near this is about the same with little exceptional new ones.
Staff is not the Kindest, but generally good people.
Their English is not perfect, but communication is just fine.
Everything was fine except the location,
and that the breakfast was literally "BREAK ! FAST!".
Nothing to eat, I ate a bit of fruit and bread with jams, ate again at work.
I think the price is...

โIn a residential area so probably not the best for tourists but the hotel itself was in excellent conditon, staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are modern and comfortable. 10 -15 mins from bergamo airport as well.โ

โGreat Staff; friendly and efficient. Great Breakfast with a tasty selection of Italian cold cuts and pastry, freshly made scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, etc. Great coffee machine. Only drawback while the facilities are very nice and well maintained, there isn't much going on outside within walking distance. You need a car to get to shopping and restaurants. The Hotel / Residence doesn't offer any dining facilities. The rooms however are equipped with Microwave and Refrigerator. โ
