โEverything was so, SO perfect!! My husband and I did not want to leave! Breakfast was delicious, staff was incredibly friendly (our favorite was Hector!!) and the entire place smells incredible. We already canโt wait to come back! โ
โThis is a great all inclusive hotel. If you can afford it, the royal level is well worth it for the upgrades it brings. The rooms were good and the food in all outlets was also good. Royal level clients have upgraded drinks, extra dining options of decent restaurant quality and a reserved pool area with waiter service. โOverall a wonderful stay. The staff were incredible and went out of their way to help. Our only criticism is that itโs very young family friendly and at times, the young children were quite disruptive, particularly at meal times. Iโd recommend that there are family eating times in the restaurants so that itโs less disruptive for other guests. โ
โWonderful hotel, stunning pool, reasonable gym, great buffet breakfast, good range of entertainment every evening. Easy and free parking if youโve hired a car. โThis was our first time here and we were very impressed. The service, food and facilities were great. We were particularly impressed by the number of activities, it meant we were never bored. Lots of great staff but a special mention to Pedro, Mario and Bruno for keeping us entertained.โ
โThe hotel was awesome with lots of amenities on offer. Loved that they have their own app where you could reserve your sun bed for the day. All-inclusive was offered on arrival which I paid for, however, I only ate 3 times in the restaurant so feel it was a waste of money, as I was out a lot of the time on excursions. There are heaps of places around to eat at your own leisure and a lot cheaper. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. โ
