“Hector, the manager, was a great point of contact and host. The hotel was very nice and beautiful. The room was great, spacious, and comfortable. Location was great as well, a few steps away from Parque Juarez and a nice stroll from Zona Centro. We felt very safe and the staff was wonderful as well. If you are looking for a place and have not been to SMA before, this is a wonderful little find and you won’t be disappointed. ”
