"A Hidden Gem in San Pedro — Victoria House is Simply the Best After staying at multiple properties in San Pedro, Belize, Victoria House is hands down my favorite — and it isn’t even close. My six-day stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property itself was spotless. Every corner was immaculate, reflecting the genuine pride the entire team takes in their resort. Speaking of the team — the staff at Victoria House is truly spectacular. I have traveled widely, but I have never encountered a group of people so consistently kind, helpful, and warm. They kept my room pristine throughout my stay and the nightly turn down service was a beautiful touch that made me feel genuinely cared for every single evening. Every interaction left me feeling not like a guest, but like family. They don’t just meet expectations here — they anticipate them. The restaurant deserves its own applause. The chefs are incredibly talented, and the meals were delicious and consistent every single day. The menu variety was so impressive that I ate on-site almost every day of my stay — something I rarely do when traveling. If you’re searching for a resort that combines immaculate surroundings, extraordinary hospitality, and outstanding dining, look no further than Victoria House. I will absolutely be back. Highly recommended — 5 stars without question. Thank you to the entire staff as a fellow Belizean this Resort truly makes me proud!"

"We had a fabulous stay at Coco Beach! The pools were crystal clean and beautiful! Food and drinks at the beach bar were amazing. The staff were fantastic! Great location away from the hustle of San Pedro. I highly recommend!"

"Wonderful adults only property! The villa was amazing, staff was so kind and helpful, food and drinks delicious. I would Highly recommended this hotel to any friends and family. They also drop off coffee or tea in the morning which is a nice touch and the continental breakfast was great."

"Let’s start with the good. The resort is gorgeous and in a perfect location. However, customer service was terrible, and that is being kind. Every time we interacted with the staff they acted like we were inconveniencing them. They were not helpful in any way. We expected much better from the level of resort it was and the price we paid. In addition we were not aware that the resort does not serve alcohol. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time as the website does not readily mention it. Also the rooms do not have TVs in them."
