"Very nice hotel in a very easy to get around area of Venice. Area is very walkable and only a short walk to St. Mark's. The people at the hotel were always helpful and kind and the breakfasts were excellent. We would stay there again for sure."

Excellent location near Rialto Market vaporetto stop, and an easy walk to shops, restaurants and gelato. My room was on the third floor, with no elevator, so difficult to haul baggage up 2 flights of stairs. My room was supposed to have a twin and a double bed. The double was good, but the twin was a chair bed (like a sofa bed but a twin). It was not a real bed and was uncomfortable. The bathroom was good, but the shower leaked between the glass panel and the floor. The room and the bathroom had inadequate storage space. Overall enjoyed my stay, but these few things prevented me from giving 5 stars."
