This place we booked in October. When we arrived in February, we were told that the hotel was closed to tourists, and the sister hotel was being used for a base for a television series. They put us up the best they could. We ate in the "staff cafeteria" arrangement. Lunches were ok, the rest, not so much. To reopen again to tourism, both properties need work. It was an interesting experience, but not anything like what we expected. The manager, Christian, was very helpful. Obviously, the owners didn't let Expedia reservations know that they would be closed to tourists.

O quarto estava muito sujo, com poeira, insetos na roupa de cama, arranjas pelo quarto. A água do chuveiro só funcionou gelada, como chegamos de madrugada, não tinha como resolver, porém no outro dia resolveram. Não teve limpeza do quarto, ficamos 02 dias. Recepção sem muita informação, me parecia uma extensão do hotel The Hub. Café da manhã ruim, tudo frio, estilo americano. Apenas a máquina de café era boa! A recepção principal do The Hub tinha bom atendimento, a da casinha não, funcionários não muito solícitos , nem sempre atavam lá! A piscina estava limpa, mas não usamos, porém deu pra ver limpeza! Me parece que não tem manutenção há muito tempo.
