"It's an okay place to stay. It fit the 2 night purpose of our stay. The bath tub is a bit grungy. Foreigners, or non Colombian residents be aware that the check in is tricky, they make every attempt to get you to pay the added value tax. Customer service is as bad as it is in any 3 star hotel in the USA. The value for what it offers is good."

"I was at your apartments for 3 weeks on which we received an excellent service from the cleaning/ food/tecnical/transportation/bar/ front desk staff. We were very impressed by the clean and professional uniforms they were wearing all the time. Une thing I will recommend and that is to have inside the courtyard an small mini store to purchase toiletries instead of going out of facility with the typical traffic congestion and my other suggestion is to install security bars on showers specifically for seniors or people with disabilities."
