Decent accommodations for resting your head

We had arrived a bit earlier than expected, we understand rooms are not always ready but we did hope there was some luggage storage opportunities, there wasn't. The room was fine, the window faced an interior space/chute - natural light is only available once you leave the building or have a room at one end of the guest house. The location was great, 5 min walk to the water, plenty of bars, restaurants at your finger tips. Room & bathroom was very clean, walls are bit thin, but depending on what you are doing in the city, its a place to rest your head.

I had to wait for the codes to access the room and there was nobody to speak to you. Parking was difficult. The location is very good.

Nice guesthouse check facilities before booking

The website said the rooms had air con, but when we arrived the air con did not work, we contacted the people who said they would send some one out to repair, we had to call back many hours later as no one came to be then told no one is working on Saturdays. Then to be told the room we choose did not have air con. It was 34 degrees outside, so we did not sleep well either nights as so uncomfortably hot. The noise outside was horrendous too, because we had to have the windows open

Det pågick ett arbete med fasaden, hade varit fint om man hade berättat detta då byggarbetet började lite tidigare på morgonen (innan vi vaknade) Toaletten var extremt litet, man fick inte plats med benen när man satt på toastolen!!! Rent och för övrigt ett fint ställe, låg perfekt.

Buena opción de alojamiento para dormir. No tiene lujos, pero la cama es buena, la ducha es excelente, wifi y aire acondicionado. A pasos de la Playa de la Concha y la Parte Vieja. Al ser un edificio antiguo reciclado, es un tanto ruidoso por los portazos de los huéspedes que a veces olvidan que no están solos. En conclusión, opción aceptable para pernoctar y bien ubicado.

Hôtel très très mal isolé on entend les voisins de chambres comme les gens dans la rue. Ne correspondait pas à ce qu'on a pu voir sur les photos. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Des vis ressortais du carrelage dans la douche plein de rouille et j'en passe. Très déçus de l'hébergement.

Estancia aceptable para 1 día. El personal atento. Limpieza correcta pero no al detalle. Faltaba una segunda almohada, una televisión y alguna percha en la zona de la ventana para ir secando la toalla de uso en uso ya que el baño es interior.

Oppressant et très mauvais rapport qualité / prix

Chambre très petite : tout juste de quoi faire le tour du lit. Carreaux de la fenêtre recouverts d'un filtre opaque cachant la "vue" sur un conduit intérieur sombre et sale : aucune vue sur l'extérieur ! Rideau non occultant : on est réveillé en pleine nuit par la lumière des chambres voisines ! Aucune place pour laisser ouverte une valise, quasiment aucun support et pas de chaise pour accrocher ses vêtements ou serviettes de plage. Le ménage n'est fait que si on le demande. Oppressant et vraiment pas bon marché, à éviter !!

jolie chambre agréable mais service perfectible

La chambre proposée par le Marisol était belle, propre et préparée avec soin. Rapport qualité prix assez bon. Situé dans un quartier proche de la plage et au calme. Toutefois attention car il faut disposer de l'application Snapchat sinon on ne peut pas recevoir les codes d'accès, et il n'y a pas de réception. Le service est donc perfectible. La ventilation dans la salle de bain est assez bruyante et plutôt gênante.

Mala experiencia ( Frio, sin luz, poco funcional) 1. Al llegar no hay luz en la habitacion, llamamos al numero y con toda la calma nos dicen que sera una bajada de tension , y lo que falta es la tarjeta de contacto. A la hora nos los solucionan (dandonos una tarjeta lógicamente) 2. La habitacion no cuenta con ningun armario, perchero ni balda donde colocar la ropa, con lo cual ( toda la ropa arrugada) ya se que no salen imagenes en las fotos que es la respuesta que se lleva dando desde hace un año a otros clientes y no se ha tenido en cuenta (por menos de 40 euros pones 2 baldas y unos percheros) 3. No tiene television por lo que si vas a pasar algo de tiempo, traete un portatil o similar. 4. Las habitaciones estan en el bajo del edificio por lo tanto se escucha a todas las personas que pasan a lado. 5. No tiene persianas ni cortinas que no dejen pasar la luz. 6. Le pregunto al chico que hace las habitaciones si hara, nuestra habitación y nos dice que si queremos nos da toallas pero que su prioridad es hacer habitaciones que han dejado.... 7. El baño no esta muy limpio, me encuentro varios pelos en la ducha y el Gel para ducharte pone claramente "Jabon de manos" y el otro dispensador casi vacio sin ninguna etiqueta.(adjunto foto) 8. Mucho frio: Le preguntamos al chico que como se pone algo de calor y no sabe....juega con el mando del aire acondicinado sin conseguir nada.( esta programado para que si tu tocas no funcione) 9. Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento es su ubicación, en pleno centro a dos minutos de la playa de la Concha. La habitación bonita con lo necesario y decorada con buen gusto. El precio un poco excesivo para lo que realmente es: una habitación, no es un hotel que además ofrezca otros servicios. No hay parking y te tienes que buscar la vida, los precios son muy altos (22€/noche) el que nosotros encontramos. A destacar mucho ruido en la zona
