"The owner was not friendly at all and seemed upset that the room was reserved through Expedia. They really shouldn’t use the word “hotel” to describe this place. The cleaning lady was as sweet as pie, and the young woman who handled check-in was very nice and patient but the way the owner spoke to her was unpleasant to witness. The two positive reviews listed online must be fake because nothing about the accommodations reflects them. There are too many things to list that were not up to par....

Las habitaciones son un sueño total, cada una con su estilo único. El desayuno… ¡wow! De los más auténticos y deliciosos que he probado en un hotel, se siente casero pero de lujo. La comida del restaurante también es espectacular, todo con mucha dedicación. El servicio es cálido, cercano y hacen que uno se sienta...

"Nice stay here. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly and the rooms were comfortable. WiFi was good and the breakfast wasn’t bad either. We liked the location just a short walk from San Fernando where there’s some great restaurants. We stayed here to go and watch America de Cali and it was perfectly located for the stadium."
