“Everything expected and more for a short break in York. Wonderfully appointed location, few minutes walking and ypu are in the heart of historic York. Serenity Inn the City matched tge description and photographs posted, excellent communication from the owner. ”

“The property is in a great location, but is not kept in a great shape. Beds were super uncomfortable, you cold feel the mattress springs pooking you. The bathroom really need basic updates, a clean, mold free shower curtains would be enough ”

“Excellent stay, however a couple of observations. A broom or dustpan would have been useful to keep tidy. Missed having a table and chairs, obviously you have your reasons but a fold up could be a compromise ”

“SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...

“I arrived late, but the self check in was really easy, and didn't take long to settle in. Very happy and comfortable stay.”

“Super cosy cottage with everything you could wish for. Super communication from Sue who kindly informed us that we were able to check in earlier than expected. Extremely comfortable and clean. Lovely village with amenities and buses to York. Park and ride option just a short drive away by a great designer outlet. The little touches including the milk and biccies were also very much appreciated. My only issue was forgetting my phone charger (when will i learn???!!!!) Thank you for a lovely...
