"When you’re trying to check in look for help with the staff, because the machine will ask you for a secure deposit ($100) to make sure sure you stay the amount of nights that you promised. Again they will send the money back, but they charged me $200 instead of $100. Because I was checking in their machine had a problem which made me do it two times. Next day they only send me a refund of $100, I don’t know about the other $100."

"The staff and the location was incredible. We walked right across from the rail to our hotel after taking the B line from the airport!!! Staff was super helpful with our early luggage and with getting around to places ! Walked right to so many historical sites and restaurants!"

"Great place and convenient location. We had a room with a bathroom in the room, which was nice. Everything was very clean! My only complaint was that the shower was so close to the toilet (your toilet paper gets wet while you shower) and the shower leaked into the bedroom because the shower has no barrier except the curtain. Otherwise it was great!! Staff is very friendly and it’s a great location. The taco place connected is also delicious!"
