"There was a wad of hair in the shower. Valet attendant just left my car partially on the street for an hour. No call or communication was made from anyone. On the day we were leaving he said he couldn’t drive manual and had me go to the garage and get my car. Makes sense why it was left in the street. "

"The hotel is in a convenient location downtown portland. I suggest you do not park your car there however unless you want to pay an extra 50 plus dollars a night. Service is rather slow and the restaurant but the food was good and the views are amazing from the rooftop bar"

"The towel that I used still had another person’s hair. Room was clean, but the furnitures looked old. GREAT GREAT WONDERFUL front desk staff. The checkout was so easy. She told us we can just leave any time before 12 and leave the keys inside the room. Dog friendly-need to pay $15. $10 for overnight parking. "
