"The staff was very friendly, even though our room was not ready after 4pm. They then fixed it within 20+ minutes. In Expedia, it is mentioned that the center of town is 3 minutes away by car, but it is more like 10 minutes. And what is called a "mountain view" is a view on the parking lot."

I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing.
