"Everything was amazing, food and staff accomodation was absolutely top notch. The public open air bath was so relaxing, also equipped with a sauna and an ice cold bath. We also had the room with private open air bath and the view to the outside was amazing from the bath. Also has free shuttle to and from the closest train station (Ikeda Station) all you have to do is just make reservation with front desk. There are beautiful hikes nearby as well."

"The onsen was stunning. I just believe the cleanliness and the way this place cleans, including changing the bed sheets and pillow cases (i.e., doing it on the floor with the items literally on the floor) should be changed as it is very unhygienic. "
