Nice and quiet hotel. Breakfast buffet. The shuttle took us into the town at night and we were surprised how lively it was and how many restaurants were available.

Nice property and great location, with a complementary shuttle that takes you to the main square.
The hotel is lovely. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good selection of food at breakfast. Shuttle bus that runs from 7pm-11pm to the square is very useful as taxis are expensive. Lovely local restaurant 5 minute walk away. Overall a lovely stay thank you.
The hotel is in a good location. A 20 minute walk into Sorrento with an evening shuttle bus running back and forth. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Viktoriya on reception was brilliant. Always happy to help with a smile!
Great location, just a 15 minute walk into the centre or they provide a shuttle service during the evening that can take you from the hotel to the centre.
The room was lovely with complimentary bottle of bubbles and water in the fridge.
The staff were so friendly and very welcoming, particularly Nic on reception & breakfast. They couldnt have done more for for you, highly recommend and would stay again
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s located about a 20-minute walk from the town centre, but they also provide a convenient shuttle service in the evenings from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.
One of the highlights is the rooftop area – it’s beautifully set up with sun loungers and offers a fabulous view over the town, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice to suit different tastes.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay
It was a very nice stay. Very clean and friendly! The pool was extremely nice and the breakfast was very good! Overall would recommend this hotel for anyone in the sorrento area as it’s super convenient to get to anywhere in the city!
The free shuttle to downtown Sorrento was fantastic. The swimming pool was refreshing after a hot day walking around. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good and even included eggs
We absolutely loved our stay at La Pergola. The location was amazing and quiet. The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. What we appreciated most about the property were the little amenities such as the pool, breakfast, and the shuttle to downtown Sorrento in the afternoons. Highly recommend.
Our recent stay at Hotel La Pergola in Sorrento was truly delightful. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and helpful information about local tours. The staff recommended various activities, and we quickly booked a boat tour to Capri, which was incredibly convenient as we were picked up directly from the hotel and dropped off at the end of the day.
The hotel itself was exceptionally comfortable, providing a relaxed and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to extend it, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. This just goes to show how popular and well-loved Hotel La Pergola is among travelers.
Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend Hotel La Pergola to anyone visiting Sorrento. Its combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient access to local tours made our trip unforgettable.
We really enjoyed our stay at La Pergola hotel for our Sorrento holiday. The staff were so friendly, especially Olga who was really helpful when asking for advice on transfers to Naples airport. Toni was brilliant too who ran the shuttle service from the hotel to Sorrento, which was a great free service that is offered by the hotel. Our room was spotless and was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. We were also left a bottle of prosecco to welcome us which was a really nice touch. The bar was great and continental breakfast was handy to have a quick bite to eat to keep us going for the morning. The hotel was nice and quiet and in a great location, and it was nice to have a swimming pool to take a dip when needing to cool down. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return again. Thank you everyone for making our stay so enjoyable 😊

Having stayed at a few “4 star” hotels in Sorrento, this one is at the bottom of those. The main reason is we booked our rooms for 1 night because we were staying in town a little longer than planned. So all we really cared about was getting a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, none of us got any sleep. This was a very loud hotel, but not because of parting or anything, but because of the hotel itself. All night we could here doors in the hall, doors in neighboring bathrooms, doors above us… our own doors were very loud opening and closing… toilets are very loud flushing… So all night it was slamming and flushing to a point where we each would wake up startled by it. Everything else was fine, but when the main point of a hotel is to have a place to sleep, and we didn’t get sleep, then it’s not a great experience. I’d suggest paying a little more for one of the bigger hotels near the water or main square. The nights before we paid a little more and got rooms more than twice the size that were very quiet and had more immediate access to everything in town. If you REALLY need a place to stay and this is your budget, it’s fine. It was clean and the front desk person was nice. But I’m glad we only stayed one night because it was a hard bed with slamming and flushing all night.
Lovely little hotel, good location, slightly out of town but walkable. Shuttle service in the evening is an added bonus. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful.
