I checked in online as requested a few days before and was sent instructions on how to find the location, keys and room from Caterina. It all worked fine on arrival and we dropped our bags and went out for a drink. Naples is still busy after midnight and lots of bars were open just down the road. “The room was beautiful and the balcony too. It was a great experience. The location isn’t exactly ideal if you’re planning on walking a lot but if you like walking or use another form of transportation not bad at all. Close to mount Vesuvius. Located in Ercolano. Southeast of Naples. ”

“We had an amazing stay at Piccole Donne. Titti has the unit beautifully decorated and well stocked. She is exceedingly nice and very responsive to text if we had any questions. She even had a map of good restaurants and places to visit readily available. We would love to come back. The only thing to be aware of is the unit is on the 4th floor and there are no elevators, so this unit would not suit anyone with mobility concerns. ”

“First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed.
