โThe location and the hotel staff are the big winner of this hotel. It was so quiet and a little bit out of tourist spots but still not too far from them. Fontana delle Rane (Fountain of Frog) is literally at its door step and itโs a hidden gem! Galleria Borghese is about 15 min walk too. There are supermarkets, cafe, bars, pizzaria, cake shops, poke bowl shop etc all within 10 min walk. The staff are so welcoming and helpful too. They really made me feel at home. La struttura รจ accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio, sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere, e la pulizia รจ alquanto accurata. La signora Sonia รจ stata gentilissima e disponibile, ospitandoci con cortesia e servendoci la colazione, sufficientemente ricca di prodotti, con garbo e gentilezza. Torneremo sicuramente!โ
โHotel charged me tax double times! Hotel.com said the price had include the tax&service. However the moment I checked out, woman officer required me to pay 'Roma tax' in really bad English! I paid 4 euro per day of my staying. Who's fault - hotel or Hotel.com? Ha ha..โ
โI thought the property was exceptionally clean and comfortable to stay in. The manager, Angela, was the greatest in attentiveness and courtesy and extremely helpful. Couldn't get a better person for the position. Her personality and assistance was a definite value add to our trip.
My only disappoint was the distance to the tourist attractions. Although not that far in taxi ride ( about 20 Euros) I don't think the property is a good fit for those seeking to walk about any tourist areas.
