"The staff and food were absolutely amazing. The buffet was next level; impressive!! There were a few issues with ants/bugs in the room, dirty pool, loud construction late at night (trying to fix elevator), broken faucet and elevator. The beach was hit and miss with the tide bringing in dirty polluted water and dead fish. There was an incident where police chased someone down the beach with ARs and hand guns and shots were fired. "

"Very comfortable and very clean. Cleaning service was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was fantastic. Breakfast included was good. The location was nice and peaceful and not in a busy area which is what we like. We will likely stay there again whenever we are in Florianópolis. We love that part of the island."

"While it was good value for money because it was inexpensive, a few things can be improved here. The rooms are dated and in need of cleaning and small repairs. The parking is not really adequate. And the thin walls between rooms means you can hear people talking in the adjacent apartments. However the owner is friendly and they are undergoing some renovations so hopefully it improves."

"A pousada é incrível, o espaço muito bem utilizado a recepção e sala relax são maravilhosas, o atendimento deixou um pouco a desejar, fiquei 7 dias e nenhum dia foi feito arrumação no meu quarto e nem no banheiro que ficava no ambiente externo da pousada, o café da manhã é bem básico. Precisei muuuuito de um ferro de passar e não tinha (item básico com preço bem acessível para ter em um meio de hospedagem) Mas tudo bem. Uma funcionária da recepção em específico, de óculos (esqueci o nome dela)...

O cafe é servido a uma curta caminhada do hotel, mas que se transforma em um espetacular cafe com uma vista fenomenal da praia! Tudo estava bem limpinho e organizado. So duas coisas a comentar, as toalhas sao asperas e os quartos tem uma pessima acustica, todos irao escutar vc e visse versa. "

O café da manhã tem poucas opções mas é bom levando em conta o custo benefício.Tivemos alguns problemas com a televisão, mas foi prontamente resolvido mesmo sendo um domingo à noite. O hotel não tem estacionamento próprio, deixamos o carro na rua porque havia espaço. "
