"The lack of communication and the lack of prompt assistance made my Damian’s I request for help to Expedia agents and help us find another location to stay few days before this property sent us a message of cancellation on their and due to repairs but they continued to have the same unit we paid for available on their site. This place was a scam! They take your money when you book it non-refundable and you are stuck with no where to stay days prior your arrival.

"I had repeated problems with the facial recognition system required to enter the building and the digital code required to enter my room. The internet also didn't work at the start of my stay, which made communication with the off-site staff, who can only be reached by text message, tricky. Though they were responsive and sought to resolve these issues, and ultimately did, I was put in a situation that was less than ideal: unable to enter the building and my room, I was stranded in the street...
