The staff were also very kind and I was really touched when they asked if I needed water while carrying my luggage to the taxi after check-out. The level of service that can take care of guests even when they leave is a kindness that is not easily found even in luxury hotels. “The property and staff were magnificent. The location is also excellent. The only negative is getting to the hotel in car. It’s very difficult. A video is provided but hard to follow. A map would be easier to navigate. But besides that it’s a great property.”

“Right in the heart of the old town of San Sebastián and walkable to nearly everything you might want to do in the city. Clean and comfortable hotel and fairly quiet at night even though it’s in the heart of the action. The breakfast is amazing: great food and so much of it. We enjoyed our stay overall and would book it again. ”
