"Staff were very helpful and friendly. The on site parking was good value allowing you to exit and re enter at will. It’s a little walking distance from the centre but a 20 minute good walk and mostly along the seafront so very pleasant and an excuse to drink more great wine and eat more lovely tapas ! "

"This is a perfect hotel in San Sebastián. Fabulous location in the old town with an excellent view of harbour. You can walk everywhere. Lots of pinchos and restaurants in the neighborhood. Lots of local shops too. Next to beach. Linens are great and staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. That is, on our next visit to San Sebastián."

"This hotel is a must for anyone visiting SS, especially for first time visitors. Ideally situated within 5 mins walk of the main bus station. The bus direct from the airport takes 1hr 20 mins and runs hourly in winter. Make sure to book your bus home early as the 8am bus was full and a taxi cost 200 euros. Staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and stunning. Everything you need a more for a lovely break away. Thank you. "
