โClean, spacious, close to everything! We loved Amaya at the front desk, she was so helpful and the after hours check in was simple. The room was beautiful with a huge outdoor patio including table and chairs. The living room and room each had a door to the patio. The bed was comfortable and clean.
The location is very close walking distance to the beach and old town, and thereโs a restaurant, and small grocery store right downstairs!

โHotel SANSEbay was one of my top favorite parts of the trip in Donostia-San Sebastian. The location was extremely convenient right between the old town downtown area and Urgull mountain for pleasant hiking. It's also only about 10-min walk to the beach entrance. All the staffs were very friendly and informative! Especially, upon check-in, I got a list of the popular pintxo bars and restaurants including their best selling dishes - which was super helpful! The staff were amazing, and helped us figure out what tours to take and they even made all the reservations for us on line. The restaurant at the hotel Narru was also excellent and so convenient. Great menu and wonderful food. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely rebook Arbaso if I revisit San Sebastiรกn again.โ
