"Great location! Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms with a sea view are to be recommended. Our classic sea view room was well appointed with a very restful and peaceful feel. Breakfast was good but the space available wasn’t really large enough and some people ended up eating in an area off the bar. Best to get there before 09.00 to avoid this."

"The hotel has a lot of architectural charm, and the rooms were clean, modern, and had all the essential basics. The small rooftop pool is a pleasant spot to relax, though it would be great if they offered drinks there and added more sunbeds. The lobby bar was okay, albeit a bit slow. I wasn't able to try the food or restaurant options during this visit."

"The hotel is located in at the entrance to the old town, convienent for those exploring the city's pintxo culture. Despite it being in a central located it was not noisy at all. It was also very walkable to the beaches. Check in and check out are done through an app that is emailed to you. The front desk staff was helpful, but they are not there after 8 pm. The building and rooms can be accessed with a code. If you are driving into the city, there is an underground lot with a 5 minute walk and the hotel provides a discounted rate. You won't need your car around the city and it is safe to leave it parked at the lot. The room is comfortable, air conditioned, and has tv. The balcony was very cute and it was great to people watch. This is not a typical hotel with a lobby and an around the clock front desk. It's more of an apartment building with individual hotel rooms. Don't expect hotel amenities, but that was not an issue for me. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend staying here."

"The staff were exceptional—they accommodated our request to switch to a different floor, which we really appreciated. We also accidentally left an item in our room after checking out. The hotel promptly contacted us, and we were able to pick it up when we returned to San Sebastián later that week. We were very grateful for their honesty and excellent service. The location is great and made it easy to explore the city. The only minor downside was the garbage bins at the front /side of the hotel, which slightly detracted from the entrance."
