“Monica was very friendly and always responded promptly to our emails. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants, supermarkets, and bus stops all within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety of options. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!”

“The front desk staff was very very friendly and beautiful and helpful. The morning was good too.”

“The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...

“Clean spacious room , excellent breakfast , excellent courteous servers, excellent spa”

“Beautiful property just outside of Brunico in a country side. We booked the "smallest" room (per host) but it was still huge for two people. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff extremely helpful. Convenient garage on the property. But it was a bit pricey, which was expected.”
