“Lovely brand new hotel on a hillside overlooking the main center of Santa Elena. Beautiful clean rooms with clean water and bathrooms, new construction, 5 minute walk to town. The hosts are lovely and welcoming, providing advice to guests on all sorts of things. Communal breakfast in the morning is great too! Most of all, this property is run by a non-profit that supports children's education, so it's great to contribute to the cause by staying here.”

“Perfect place in Monteverde. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable and clean, parking is right in front and it’s a 3 minute walk to most restaurants and stores. Staff were very friendly and easy going. Very minor thing but you can sometimes hear road noise - but all solved with some ear plugs! ”

“Generally clean. Hot water is GOOD. Backyard is pretty. Free coffee. Breakfast is GREAT. You can choose 1 out of 3 dishes. I recommend to choose traditional tacos. The night staff guy is very helpful and friendly. You can book whatever tour you want (Morning staff guy doesn't have a good attitude, tho). Also, close to bus terminal and restaurants.”
