“The hotel is clean and located close to touristic landmarks The breakfast is simple but drinks stand out The room is spacious and well organized, maintained. The problems we had or I can say discomfort experience was the there are no drink water available in the hotel room so when you check in late, you would better prepare it or just do room service. We had hair dryer broken for all days of staying for 4 nights with 10 to 20 degrees in Bogota. Even though you ask to repair or change it, they...

“Airport shuttle was limited. Hotel location is good but there’s nothing around it. So it gets boring in the evening”

“Conrad is a great host Everything is nice and clean”

“Très bel endroit pour visiter Bogotá. Le personnel est très accueillant”

“Everything was good. Small but comfortable rooms , no noise , hot water . WiFi is not the best in the rooms , but good in the lobby. Good staff and security . Next to the main walking street in centro. Lot of restaurants and activities.”

“This was such a good experience for my sister and I. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made our stay so much better than we expected. The breakfast was interesting lol we got a chance to have the local breakfast instead of the regular American style which was really great. The staff at the receptionist were so helpful! 10/10 for two Guyanese girls! Plus the hotel is located in the heart of everything. Would definitely stay there again.”

“When I stayed here, I felt like back to the middle century. The room was very elegant and staffs are very kind. Breakfast was great! One thing, There's no heating system. So, it could be cold during the night in December. However, hotel is located very close with Botero Museum and Bolivar square, so it's great to walk around La Candelaria area.”

“Great location and very helpful, friendly staff. An old building with character. Very good breakfast.”

“Helpful staff”

“Spacious, clean property that is walkable to the central sights. I would highly recommend!”
