The staff was extremely helpful with directions and the security after hours were very professional in making sure “quiet hours” was met for all guests!
The hotel is in a beautiful location. There is absolutely no cell service but they have Starlink Internet at the hotel. It did not work well in my room but not the end of the world. There is a major problem with flies in this hotel. Our room constantly had flies and the area right outside our room had hundreds flying around. It also is not explained in the description of the hotel that their water is yellow. It was quite a surprise to come into the room and find yellow water in the toilet, but it was explained that those are minerals in the water. That water did not agree with my hair or my skin. We were staying there because we were attending a quinceañera in Tierra Nueva. The first night we got there we went to meet up with family and friends and we received a text message from the hotel that they were going to lock the gates at 10 o’clock so we needed to be back by then. I definitely don’t appreciate being given a curfew while staying at a hotel. If this had been explained in the description of the hotel, then I would not have booked there. We definitely were not going to be back by 10 o’clock the night of the quinceañera. The hotel closed the gate and put the lock on, but we were able to open the gate when we returned to the hotel later that night. We ended up checking out a day early and moved to a different hotel. We did have breakfast there and it was very good. This hotel just was not for us and our situation.

Off the beaten track, somewhat difficult to find, and OLD hotel, with walls that talk. You CAN actually hear conversations in the room next door. Bathrooms are modern.
