"We stayed here on two different dates and as such got two different rooms. In both occasions the rooms were very clean and the staff was courteous and professional. Accessing the hotel by car is challenging to say the least. I highly recommend calling in advance to coordinate with them. They will help you."

"The property is beautiful and I really wanted to give them a 5-star review. Unfortunately during my time there I experienced some serious issues with parking. They reserved 95% of their parking spots for an antique car show. I understand that they had to do this in order to be able to book the group, however they should have let everyone else know that parking would be an issue. For 2 nights I had to park my car outside. The city is well known for a high percentage of car theft,"

"A warm welcome from the amazingly helpful Roberta. Upgraded to a suite - v comfortable, excellent bed, and once I turned off the intrusive a/c a good night's sleep. Great breakfast, excellent coffee. A wonderful location too -- right where you want to be, and excellenr, affordable restos nearby. Just 15-20 mins from airport and amazingly helpful, thoughtful front desk. Don't rush off from the airport - spend a couple of days here getting to know Catania first."
