Casa Biulu has a perfect location with one of the most outstanding views in town. The architecture is lovely, and the fact of being a eco friendly hotel makes it even more interesting, we really loved our stay.

The hotel was beautiful with unbelievable views of the ocean, mountains and towns. The pool was stunning and was a pleasant place to spend time. The staff were friendly and approachable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Thank you, we will stay again next time we are visiting Zipolite.

The property was well kept and well planned. The pool was fantastic. We decided that we would not stay at a property that did not offer a pool after enjoying this pool. Our room was possibly the only one on the site that did not have a balcony, which was a pity! The breakfast is simple and very tasty. Overall this property was great, and we would absolutely come again.

The view from the pool was stunning, pool itself was really nice as well, staff was attentive. In the bathroom and mattresses could use some upgrades/replacement, access to the property was little too rough. We ended up enjoying our stay…

Lucia is the best thing about this property. She deals with issues as best she can. Our shower was not working and our sink was leaking. Lucia made sure both got fixed immediately. The water dispenser was broken and Lucia got it repaired asap. The view is lovely and the air conditioning worked well. This place is a gem under construction. Lots of work is needed to bring it up to it’s full glory. The owner of the property is an absentee owner. If she would pour more time and money into the place, she would have a wonderful boutique hotel. In it’s current state you have to accept a place in need of construction, repair and cleaning. Our room was nice but came with issues. I would stay here again but would want a better daily rate given the needs of the hotel. Thank you Lucia for your hard work.

This is a wonderful property up away from the street yet only a short distance and has with a great view. If you’re not fit or accustom to walking this may not be the best option, although you can always rent a quad or scooter to get up and down the short hill. Overall would recommend to friends and family:)

This was a great place to stay in Zipolite. It was nice and quiet but still a short walk from town. Lucy the woman working there was very kind, patient and helpful. Lucy was also great at communicating through What’s App. The breakfasts were delicious and well made. My partner and I also got a massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. The room was clean, organized and well air conditioned. It’s also all together a gorgeous property with an incredible view that makes you feel like you’re having an authentic cultural experience. Also cherry on top, there were adorable cats and a dog to say hi too.I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Zipolite!

The view was beautiful, location was high up in the hill a good work out to get up there. Didnt have wifi and i feel that it was lacking some night life everthing was quiet by 8pm. If you want to relax this is the place.
