โAbsolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldnโt eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!โ
โThe hotel stands at a very prominent location overlooking the sea. It is a big hotel but spread out. The pool is probably one of the best I've been in and the staff very attentive around the pool and pool bar.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.
We fund the breakfast was disappointing, more because of the quality of the food rather than quantity. It's worth getting a room overlooking the sea, I wouldn't like to be facing inland or on the ground floor.โ
โWater drips from the ceiling of the air conditioner in the room, and the room feels unmaintained during the peak season. The breakfast restaurant is on the basement floor, so it is stuffy and needs to be improvedโ

The room was very clean and modern style. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Every staff member was so friendly. Everything was satisfying. It was very close to most landmarks in Catania. Especially, the staff member who prepared the breakfast was so kindly. We enjoyed great breakfast. The only issue was the parking.
