โAbsolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldnโt eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!โ
โWater drips from the ceiling of the air conditioner in the room, and the room feels unmaintained during the peak season. The breakfast restaurant is on the basement floor, so it is stuffy and needs to be improvedโ

โOur stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing.
The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself.
There are many things available to do at the resort: spa facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc.

โFabulous small family run hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room as a good size and we had a large balcony overlooking the town & sea off to the left. The breakfast was amazing with a good choice and fresh fruit and a light cooked breakfast prepared fresh if wanted. Locations ideal for walking into town and up to Castelmola. โHotel is amazing, so many antiques and curiosityโs to look at. Very much old fashioned style. Stunning views, quiet location. Book an Etna view room as away from the road. Lots of choice for breakfast and the hotel restaurant just up the road, La Caverna is wonderful. From the pool, reception and the restaurant staff I really canโt fault them. This really is a wonderful hotel. A short walk up a hill is Castelmola for beautiful shops bars and lovely for a drink in the evening. Bus stop outside...
