We were upgraded to a bigger suite which was a nice surprise and great way to end our Portugal vacation. "Fantastic hotel and location. Right on a great square with street performers and cafes. Male staff were incredibly helpful. For some reason, the female staff were really rude, especially to my wife and daughter. I don’t know if this was because we didn’t speak Portuguese, but they seemed irritated at us and did not seem to want to answer questions."
