"Great location with very friendly staff. We were welcomed with a free drink on the terrace which was lovely. There is a parking garage very close by which was only 20EUR for about 20hrs worth of parking."
"Fantastic hotel and location. Right on a great square with street performers and cafes. Male staff were incredibly helpful. For some reason, the female staff were really rude, especially to my wife and daughter. I don’t know if this was because we didn’t speak Portuguese, but they seemed irritated at us and did not seem to want to answer questions."
"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and in a fantastic location. The rooms were a little on the smaller side, but they were perfect for a short stay and had everything we needed. It was just a few steps from both the city square and the waterfront, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The staff were warm, welcoming, and truly made our stay exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again."
"Absolutely wonderful breakfast and great staff. Super convenient location for seeing attractions. The Metro location was closed down for maintenance during our stay and it made no difference; the location is very walkable."
