I have to threaten them to give them a negative review about my early check in . I was telling them since I was checking out very early the next day which is at 3:30 am if they can offset the fee for early check in . They denied me twice until ai told them I will make sure the public will know how inconsiderate they are in granting my request . They are not flexible and only care about their profits

This property doesn't deserve any stars at all! You were sent the details of the property but expect that you will be allocated a different room as it's first come first served! We turned up later than check in time but our room was already occupied. We were then allocated a different room in a different building and not seaview as requested. Very dirty and smelly rugs and carpets, cockroaches in the kitchen, flies everywhere, trash still in, outdated toilet and bath, mouldy and rusty tiles, worn out doors with paint drippings.,,,the smell is disgusting, no words is disgust can fully describe this accommodation. Admin are rude as they hang up on the phone if you start complaining then they block! Owner doesn't seem to care at all! Expedia and other travel sites should ban this owner!!!! Bath blocked, admin not helpful!

Great stay can accommodate the whole family in one room..i can stay in again next time..good job

hotel itself is visually stunning, would stay here again if I never had to leave the property because when you stay here there's no need to ever leave. lol. also, idk if this just a Manila thing because of the humidity but the room was very... mildewy. I was only there 24 hrs so it didn't bother me though.

The room is clean . View is stunning . Sunset is romantic
