“Has been the worst ever tried hotel. They claim to clean the room every 2 days , we had three rooms as it was a family trip and 2 out of the 3 room were supposedly cleaned at day 4 after almost begging daily and no changes on towels , no changes on sheets …when we arrived at middle afternoon we had to demand for the rooms to be properly cleaned. Our own room in 5 nights was cleaned once and the hot water only worked on night 1 … all other nights we had to have cold showers ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! A lot of aspects to love about the place: rooms were spacious and we stayed in one that had a deck which was great to relax and have a drink and look at the sunset, plus a kitchen so we could make breakfast in our room. Beach was 50 feet away with free entry including chairs and towels (get there early if you want one of the chairs under an umbrella-type thing). “Lovely renovated historic hotel right on the ocean in Pietermaai district of Willemstad. It was in a quieter area only 1 street over from great bars and restaurants. Our room overlooked the ocean, and there was a small private beach with lounge chairs. The staff was amazing, and helped us with airport taxi and recommendations in the area. Short walking distance (10 min) to the heart of Punda and 15 min to the floating bridge. ”

“This is my honest review for this hotel. Communication was excellent through Expedia’s messaging system, and WhatsApp. They were very helpful leading up to and upon our arrival. Overall, the staff was fine. Some of the staff members were a little bit aloof, and not that helpful, and some of them were very helpful. The staff is very young and I think lacking in customer service training in some cases. We paid for their nicest suite, which includes what was supposed to be a private terrace....
