โLa Reeve was as a little bit home. The hotel was small and very homely, not having a formal dining chairs was a little strange but added to the feel of the place. The honesty bar was excellent as well as the afternoon snacks. Jose the reception guy was brilliant but the night porter was not particularly friendly, especially when the other staff at the hotel were so good. The outside courtyard was exceptional and the gardens were maintained with an obvious passion. Thank you for a great stay.โ

I love the place, it is a bit small but i absolutely love the place - we had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. โClean room and comfortable facilities, kind staffs, reasonable room price, especially its 5th floor is connected to the food court of Mall Costanera Center but so much traffic in front of the hotel gate. โ

Hotel room was clean and they cleaned it every day. Super great location and safe. If you are thinking to stay in Santiago. Stay here. I do recommend. People who are working there were all friendly and nice. Super great experience for 5 days for me.โ
โThe hotel is a little out dated. They need to update some areas. The room needed some dusting, carpets in hallway very stained and fixtures need updating. The employees were nice and helpful.โ
