The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was amazing near the Costanera Center, highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Santiago. Would definitely go back :)

Excellent location in a safe, quiet, and modern neighborhood, just a short walk from Costanera and close to numerous Restaurants and the Mercado Urbano Tobalaba shopping center. The area is modern and pleasant. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The only minor downside was that it perhaps could have been better ventilated. The continental breakfast was very varied and well stocked. The staff was always courteous and helpful. Overall, an excellent hotel for a stay in Santiago.

Clean ans spacious room, very nice staff. Plentiful breakfast, good coffee and small but nice pool. Quiet neighborhood with lovely restaurants. Close to tallest building in the Americas, short taxi ride to Old Town and museums. I would gladly stay there again.
