Very clean & modern. FREE underground parking! Even after we checked out, the staff let us change in the workout area (& offered for us to take showeres). They stored our luggage too. & the staff was great!

Hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and surrounded neighborhood. We booked two different kind of rooms for us.they were in different towers and they were kind enough to upgrade one of the room and gave us two rooms together. Breakfast was delicious, I wished they would make hot pancakes or omelettes. However great fruits options for breakfast.

Staff was courteous, location good, everything was clean. Room was basic and,could use some more ameneties like a coffee maker that works (our was broken), shampoo etc. Electricity was unfortunately off all afternoon, which among other things meant no wifi in the room. The hotel couldn't control the electricity but could have been more helpful in dealing with it.

The service was outstanding and breakfast delicious. I had issues with the rooms. The first I was given the toilet was damaged and the room I was moved to was dirty. They solved the issue. One thing that I assume they cannot change, is the bad odor that comes from the bathroom. I called reception and they said that when it is too hot outside the fumes from the sewer comes up the tubes. I had to open the balcony door to let it out. It was bothersome but I preferred to stay rather than moving into a third room.

Well located hotel with great facilities. The staff at the Almazur hotel is excellent. The bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is great.

This hotel is perfect for family travel or business. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. The restaurant staff is also always prepared to assist you and guide you. Walking distance to public transport. Pharmacies. Restaurants. Very safe neighborhood. Several diplomatic missions nearby. Excellent choice if you’re in Santiago.

Hotel Almasur is in a very nice neighborhood. It’s easy to walk and use public transportation. The hotel itself is really clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a full bar and dining options for all meals. We ate breakfast and dinner here and it was great. The room was clean and comfortable. We did use the air conditioner and the room temperature was very comfortable. Our trip to Chile included an unexpected and unfortunate event, and Hotel Almasur manager Cybill was extremely helpful and gracious. She was a kind and reassuring presence in our time of need. This kindness and service was tremendous and so appreciated.

Really great, modern hotel. Room was big with a great bathroom and roomy shower. Excellent location for walking around Providencia. Staff were all very helpful. Breakfast, restaurant and bar are recommended too.

Friendly, efficient and all round fabulous hotel

A fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations! Warm, friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. Everyone was so helpful, efficient and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Sebastian and Camille were incredibly helpful when we checked in and were very grateful for that. Highly recommend!
