"From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and exceptional. Although I landed close to midnight, the hotel arranged an airport pickup for me (for an additional fee), which made the late arrival completely stress-free.
When I reached the main gate of Oia, James personally greeted me, carried my luggage down the beautiful stone stairs, assisted me with check-in, and delivered my bags directly to my suite. The entire arrival process was smooth, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful.
The suite itself was spotless, spacious, and absolutely stunning. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the Caldera and the ocean was unforgettable.
Check-out was just as effortless. A staff member came to collect my luggage, safely stored it at the front desk while I enjoyed more time in Oia, and later carried everything to the car for my airport transfer. Another friendly driver then took me comfortably to the airport.
