"room itself wasn’t smoking. Amazing staff, beautiful room, literally in the heart of everything with an INCREDIBLE view of the buildings on the caldera. We were very well taken care of, anything we needed at all! It was so worth it. It’s just off enough from the busy area that people don’t do too much picture taking in front of the room. Only once did they sit right on the gate so I had to ask them to move which is annoying to even have to deal with."

"This hotel is a hidden gem situated in the hills/ heart of the town. The hotel is clean and staff friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. Breakfast is on point and , courteous staff."

"The view from my balcony was breathtaking! I am not a morning person but I got up early every day to have a coffee on my balcony and watch the sunrise. Sunsets were beautiful too. The breakfast was very nice, the front desk was helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable and I love the scent of the lotion/body wash amenities. Also had a nice lunch and cocktails at the pool bar. Location was great and 10 min walk to the Fira. Overall a wonderful hotel!!!"

"We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return! The property is beautiful, with an incredible location and gorgeous Santorini sunsets. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived — check-in was wonderful, the concierge was incredibly helpful, and they even let us view several rooms before we ultimately decided to stay with our original room, which we loved. A highlight was the Greek Night — authentic Greek food, fantastic music and even plate smashing! Such a fun and memorable experience. Breakfast was excellent every morning, the hot tub was beautiful, and the staff were always quick to help with anything we needed. They even handled our laundry during our long trip, which was incredibly convenient. Visiting at this time of year was perfect, with beautiful weather and fewer crowds. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff and a fantastic Santorini experience. We would definitely stay again!"

"Spent the last 7 days celebrating our 40th anniversary at this luxurious resort. We would see General manager Giorgios out and about overseeing every aspect of the premises. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to come and visit Santorini to stay here at the Cresanto. It’s awesome."
